THE SELLER ASKS 1,000 RINGGIT FOR A WATCH THEN FINALLY SELLS FOR 100 RINGGIT. REAL ESTATE AGENTS TELL LIES N BY HOOK OR CROOK TRY TO PUSH THE PROPERTY FOR THE HIGH PRICE THE OWNER WANTS. sO PPL GRAB AS MANY PROPERTIES AS THE CAN. THEY R KING THEY DEMAND AS HIGH AS THEY LIKE AND AGENTS JUST PUSH IT FOR THEM ….. LOSER IS POOR BUYER. YOU PAY HIGH OR YOU RENT ALL UR LIFE. Dear PM,

I would like to proposed the below suggestions for you consideration in budget 2013.

1. Proposed to revised the income category as below:
I.                    Low incomes are those family’s incomes below RM4000 per month.
II.                 Low medium incomes are those family’s incomes between RM4001 to RM10, 000 per month.
III.               Medium incomes are those family’s incomes between RM10,00 to RM20,000 per month.
IV.              High incomes are those family’s incomes above RM20, 000 per month.

The above suggestion are based on grocery and properties have been raised uncontrolled within these few years.
For example:
One packet of Maggie mee only cost RM1.50 in year 2007 compared RM4.5 in year 2012.

2. Proposed to imposed special tax for those who yearly earning >RM2, 000, 000.

3. Proposed to increase the limit of foreign property buyer from current RM500k to RM1.0 million.

4. Proposed to increase productivity and efficiency of government servant by simplified the procedure like implementing One-Stand Services and Making Complex Simple polices.
I found out that most of the government servant are hardworking, however, the policy and operation procedures are the factors to slow down the efficiency of the work done.
For example:
You hardly seen many staff in HSBC bank but anyone of them are able to solve your problem regarding the banking matters.

5. Do not employ those retired senior government servants to lead GLC but the qualify Malaysian.

Salam Dato Seri, I just called Ticket Pro on 21st July 10:03am. What shocked me was they told that the RM10 were only sold on 20th July. After that there are no more. What??? Is it true, you just sell it only for 1 day???? I thought until 50,000 tickets, not only 20th of July. We play with numbers, not with the day.
